Ars Electronica Live-Stream: The virtual Nativity ensemble

Art, technology and society have been united at the Ars Electronica Center since 1979, where scientists and artists come together. Deep Space LIVE takes place every Thursday: high-definition imagery in 16-by-9-metre format with expert commentary, entertaining double conférences and musical improvisation.

A live stream directly to the viewers’ homes will set the mood for Christmas season on 02.12.21. The famous Nativity scene in the Mariendom in Linz will be broadcast live at 7 p.m., offering the opportunity to admire the full splendour of the Linz Cathedral. With the help of the non-contact method of photogrammetry, viewers will get impressive 360-degree insights into the cultural and historical heritage.
