The Kultur- und Kreativpilot*innen Deutschland (Culture and Creative Pilots Germany) is an award from the German federal government for particularly innovative business ideas from the cultural and creative industries and their interfaces with other sectors. This year’s application phase has begun and runs until July 25.
The call for applications is aimed at self-employed persons and founders from the above-mentioned sector. Whether newly founded or long established on the market is irrelevant. What matters is the idea and its potential to advance and develop the industry. A total of 32 companies or projects will be honored. The winners receive a one-year, individually tailored mentoring program, can participate in workshops and are supported by personal coaches. The aim is to further develop and strengthen the business in the long term.
